As much as I enjoy performing live music, I think what I love most about being on stage is making authentic connections with audiences through stories, humor and banter.
That is why I am thrilled to have this opportunity to emcee a great new event—The Parkway Pick-off // Battle of the Bluegrass Bands at one of my favorite local venues, The Parkway Theater in south Minneapolis on Friday, May 24th!
One of the things that has always drawn me to bluegrass music is the sense of community shared by musicians, jammers and fans of the genre. I’m really excited to be part of this inaugural event and hope it becomes a new gathering place for our little community and a place where new bands and new friends can join the fold ?
